You can personalize the Applications Homepage on the console account. A real time preview will be displayed during the editing. Based on the property type created some elements are available or not. For example “hotel type” supports “Reception number”, “WiFi password”,” Weather info”, “date time”, “Hotel Logo”, “Background image” and a “video” while in residential mode you do not need a reception number or wifi password.

When editing a screen, you can assign the room guest’s name, and it will be shown on the room TV.

There are no limitations regarding the network type or infrastructure that each company may have and Hottel.io supports both unicast and multicast streams.

For the multicast transmission UDP stream format is supported. The HLS streams are supported for unicast.

The Hottel.io solution is organized into two different accounts, the Content Provider account and Property account.

On the Content Provider account the companies can manage and create their own content by adding Live TV channels and VODs streams, packages and more. Each Content Provider can create an unlimited number of “Properties” under their account. Each property can individually access their own account.

On the Property account the hotels can assign to each room content packages that are already created by the content provider.

Services menu on the application is one of the most monetizable features that Hottel.io provides. On the “Hotel type account”, can be listed an entire food menu, spa treatments, Conference Rooms, Taxi Service, Car rentals, Hotel amenities, city attractions and many other services be it provided by the hotel itself or provided by any third party you collaborate with such as taxi companies, car rentals, etc.

Yes, absolutely! Besides the fact that the user can create Epg, Live Tv channels and VODs manually, on the management portal we provide a specific module for importing data files. You can automatically create channels and VODs by importing CSV format files. Also for the Live Tv channels created you can import Epg XML files for multiple or single channels. Also the VODs can be imported directly from the TMDB just by writing the film title and adding it on the VODs list.
